Terms of Service

These terms set the conditions of use for Personality Field Guide (the "Service") and the rights and obligations of the operator and users. By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

1. Nature of the service

Personality Field Guide is an entertainment (for fun/reference) service that classifies your tendencies through 12 questions and shows a result. The result is not a psychological or medical diagnosis or professional counseling, and has no diagnostic or legal effect.

Please do not treat the result as the sole basis for important decisions such as career, relationships, or health.

2. Intellectual property and unofficial notice

Pokémon and related names, characters, and world are the trademarks and works of their respective owners, including Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK inc. This service is unofficial fan content with no partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement relationship with the rights holders.

This service uses no official Pokémon artwork or images and references names only as text. Rights to the service's own creations — the personality interpretations, tags, and descriptions for each Pokémon, and the personality analysis system, questions, design, and code — belong to the operator. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

If a rights holder raises any issue regarding the content, please contact us via the form on the contact page and we will promptly consult and take action.

3. User obligations

  • Do not engage in acts that violate the law or these terms
  • Do not interfere with the normal operation of the Service or improperly access the system
  • Do not place a burden on the Service through excessive crawling or traffic using automated tools
  • Do not infringe others' rights (intellectual property, reputation, etc.)

4. Advertising

Third-party ads may be displayed on the Service. Responsibility for ad content and for transactions between users and advertisers through ads lies with the relevant advertiser, and the operator is not involved.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as-is." The operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the results, nor that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on its results.

6. Changes and suspension of the service

The operator may change part or all of the Service's content, or suspend it as needed for operational or technical reasons.

7. Changes to the terms

These terms may be revised as needed, and changes take effect upon posting on this page.

8. Governing law

These terms are interpreted and applied under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
